Wrapping off Day 2 with a bang 🔥 we have our local heroes at @therecordspeakeasykl—a space that offers vintage ambiance with retro music and great vibes!
🍑 The brainchild of @tai_yong, @budi.melaka celebrates the city’s UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage award with flair, serving poetic cocktails named in Malaysian poems and handcrafted with unique local produce. Every drink tells a story of spice-laden trade routes, multicultural feasts, and small-town charm.
👥 Situated right outside the popular Hin Bus Depot, @goodfriendsclubpg has established a reputable impression with its unique drinks and concept, especially with its “Good Friends Never Bojio” tagline amidst its neon pink lights. 🥃 The journey began with a deep love for Japanese culture and classic cocktails for owner @haku_bai_white. Nestled in the historic hub of Jalan Maju, in Johor Baru, @haiirousagi75a offers a warm, candlelit sanctuary from the city’s hustle and bustle. With a focus on meticulously crafted cocktails, blending premium spirits with a hint of Japanese flair, the bar invites you to explore a menu full of unique, character-rich creations.
🪩 A dimly-lit cocktail bar dedicated to celebrating the good ol’ disco-era cocktails from the 80’s and 90’s, @nobarhere is a quaint corner shop driven by the ethos of having “loud cocktails and delicious music”.
