Head Bartender Kentaro Wada’s journey in mixology began in Osaka, Japan, and further developed during his tenure at The Backstage in Dunedin, New Zealand. Wada is renowned for his innovative cocktails that seamlessly blend traditional Japanese ingredients with contemporary techniques, offering guests a unique sensory experience.
