On the final day of Kuala Lumpur Cocktail Week 2025, we’re going out with a bang in Chinatown alongside some of Asia’s biggest names! ⚡️
Founded by veteran bartender Peter Chua (@peterchua.bar), Night Hawk (@night.hawk.sg) is one of Singapore’s most compelling cocktail bars, known for its cinematic concept and design inspired by Edward Hopper’s Nighthawks. The bar blends retro Americana with futuristic minimalism—plush maroon interiors, moody lighting, and golden accents come together in a space that feels both intimate and timeless.
Night Hawk’s cocktail style reflects that same philosophy: rooted in the classics but modern in execution, combining bold structure with subtle, unexpected elements. Whether it’s reimagined classics or inventive builds that play on temperature, texture, or form, each drink is thoughtfully composed to reflect contrast and balance.
